(I did the usual walks and such from the 4th of January through the 8th but I forgot to record it all here. My energy level hasn’t been great, but I have enough to at least go through the motions of exercise. No lifting however and I really want to but just can’t find the strength lately)

Notes: Everything felt pretty good today. I was thinking about lifting, but haven’t decided yet… If I do it will probably be something quick, light and repetitious. The desire is there, so is the energy but my body is in pain. I’ll have to recover from this ride and see where I’m at.

14:00 – I opted for some lifting prior to the bike ride since my energy levels have been out of sorts lately. The workout was good, but nothing too regimented. Basic movements, Bench, Curls, Overhead Press all done quickly, with many sets and reps to failure… I’d say it was a good workout.

Notes: Well, last workout of this year, all went well. My energy was almost there, I’d say yes, a good energy was present in my body. Right on.

Notes: Everything felt good today. I had hoped to do some lifting but I pushed myself hard on the 20 mile bike ride and need time to recover.

Notes: My vision did that strange on/off again where everything would go dark & then light again as if flipping a light switch off & on. I panicked a bit while it was happening but not as much as before. I knew enough to stop moving and try to relax so I grabbed hold of a tree and breathed deep. A man was walking by and I thought he would help me but he kept going. I’m one of those people that when others see me coming they cross to the other side of the street, so I can’t expect much help out there.
Blood Pressure: 145/84 HR 68 when I first got back home, but I was in a panic
Blood Pressure: 117/68 HR 61 after I calmed down (15 minutes later)
My energy level was great, I felt great up until the incident. Well, I’ll ride my bike this afternoon and see what happens.

15:00 – Lifted. I basically did sets & reps beyond my ability to count and all of them to failure. Dips, Curls, Overhead Press, using a variety of movements without much rest between sets.
15:30 – 13.5 Mile Stationary Bike Ride 30:00
Notes: Something is wrong. I’m lacking energy, I get out of breath quickly on my walks with Urt. I’m not certain if it’s related to my possible blood disorder or something else. I’m getting good rest at night. I have a strong desire to exercise but my sessions are becoming increasingly more difficult to perform at the level I’m accustomed to. I’m going to go have a protein now.

13:00 – Stationary Bike Ride. For whatever reason I didn’t pay attention & have no idea how far or for how long I rode. It’s as if I entered a dimensional rift and re-emerged some time later. Right on.
Notes: Felt a bit off today. Like I was on the verge of euphoria or about to slip through a crack in this time & space dimension. Perhaps I did?
